About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our team in designing, building, and deploying Generative AI applications using the Langchain framework.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in integrating AI solutions with Zendesk APIs, building Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, and developing autonomous AI agents for tasks like ticket summarization and automated categorization.

• Proven project experience building applications with Langchain.
• Demonstrable experience integrating Zendesk APIs.
• Solid understanding and practical experience implementing RAG systems.
• Experience designing and building AI agents using Langchain and MCP frameworks.

A strong proficiency in Python / Go, good knowledge of vector databases, cloud platforms, and SaaS environments is required.

Ambitious and motivated GenAI developer required for 3-6 months contract.
