Experience : 4-6 Years

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in IT system administration, M365 support.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Support
• Demonstrated experience in building IT policies and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with vendor management, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), and ISO audit
• compliance.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
