SAP ABAP / HR Consultant

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Perform the development and customization of SAP modules, focusing on HR ABAP, Core ABAP and SAP ABAP Reports.
• Offshore ABAP developer with expert level in SAP ABAP HR, PU12 and GL integration experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system integration challenges, enhancing overall system performance.
• Provide technical expertise.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP solutions, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP development and implementation.
• Facilitate workshops with Business & other interacting teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored SAP solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve SAP system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the SAP framework.
• Support the transition to new SAP environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
