Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, technology and delivering solutions that meet client needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation : Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails and online platforms.
2 . Product Promotion : Explain web hosting services (shared, VPS, dedicated servers, cloud, GPU, SSL, etc.) to customers in simple terms.
3. Client Follow-ups : Regularly follow up with prospects to close sales deals.
4. Achieving Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
5. Customer Support : Answer client questions and guide them in selecting the right hosting plan or server via Live Chat, Email and Phone.
6. Cross-Selling & Upselling : Promote additional services like domain registration, SSL certificates, backups, firewall and security suite.
7. Maintaining Records : Update CRM with leads, deals, and customer communication details.
8. Building Relationships : Develop good relationships with clients to gain trust and get testimonials or referrals. Ready to travel for client meetings as and when required.
9. Market Research : Understand competitors’ pricing and offers to suggest improvements.
10. Team Coordination : Work closely with Marketing and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills and Competencies
1. Basic knowledge of web hosting products and services.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
3. Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
4. Good negotiation and closing skills.
5. Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.
6. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
7. Team player with good time management skills.
8. Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
