Roles & Responsibility

• Solve sophisticated issues within live production environments, providing software configuration and tuning recommendations for efficient performance.
• Drive initiatives for resolution automatization to mitigate recurrent issues successfully.
• Write software layers, scripts, deployment frameworks, tracers, monitors, self-healing / auto-remediation tools, and automate processes.
• Ensure business continuity by finding chances to create highly resilient and human-free systems.
• Engage in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of issues, even after self-healing and automation have been implemented.
• Participate in a shared on-call schedule
• Improve software observability by implementing effective monitoring, tracing, and logging.
• Maintain excellent social skills in interactions with internal and external developers, engineering and support groups
