Ensure accreditation, learner success & long-term sustainability. Manage budgets, revenue outcomes & program ROI. Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Marketing & Operations. Lead multicultural teams and ensure seamless global operations. 12-18 years of experience in healthcare operations, edtech, academic partnerships, hospital management, CRO, or global program delivery. Senior leadership experience in organizations like Coursera, Unacademy, Udemy, Simplilearn,. major healthcare / hospital groups. Strong network with universities, accreditation bodies & healthcare institutions. Proven expertise in stakeholder management, cross-border operations, and large-scale program execution.
