This role is designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, learning new processes, and building a long-term career in the international education and immigration industry. No prior visa consulting experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome and guide clients who visit or contact the office
• Understand client profiles and requirements related to overseas opportunities
• Provide clear information about visa categories, procedures, and documentation
• Assist clients step-by-step throughout their application journey
• Maintain accurate client records and basic documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling
• Follow up with clients to provide updates and support
• Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
