Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Engineer with proven expertise in Java and ReactJS to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring strong backend development expertise, complemented by frontend skills, to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You will be responsible for designing and developing backend services, APIs, and database layers, while also contributing to frontend features using ReactJS. This role requires a collaborative problem solver who thrives in Agile environments and can deliver reliable, production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development :
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and modern frontend technologies like ReactJS .
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code aligned with best practices.
• Database & API Management :
• Design, manage, and optimize relational databases (SQL).
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with internal and external systems.
• System Optimization & Security :
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across applications.
• Proactively troubleshoot and debug issues in production and staging environments.
• Testing & Deployment :
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks .
• Contribute to CI / CD pipelines to streamline code integration and deployment.
• Collaboration & Agile Practices :
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance where required.
