• Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates, introducing upcoming events and encouragingtheir participation.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails by addressing event-related queries and assisting withregistrations.
• Communicate the value proposition of each event effectively, tailoring conversations to matchdelegate interests and industry relevance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, registrations, and feedback to ensure data consistencyand follow-up efficiency.
• Follow up with prospective leads and reconnect with previous attendees to drive higherengagement and attendance.
• Stay updated on event details, speakers, agendas, and relevant industry trends to deliverinformed and engaging communication to delegates.
