Core responsibilities
Strategy and planning :
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, and consult with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define qualification criteria.
Sourcing :
Create and post job openings on job boards, professional websites, and social media.
Candidate screening :
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Interviewing :
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
Hiring and onboarding :
Coordinate with hiring managers to present qualified candidates, and assist with the onboarding of new hires.
Process management :
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, provide follow-up to candidates, and maintain recruitment records.
Metrics and reporting :
Track hiring metrics like time-to-hire, analyze recruitment performance, and report on hiring progress.
Candidate experience :
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and use feedback surveys to improve processes
