Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR strategies and policies, and support organizational goals. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, implementing employee benefit programs, compliance with labor laws, training and development, and performance management. The role demands proactive engagement with teams and leadership to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Skilled in performance management, training initiatives, and organizational development.
Proficient in HR software systems, data analysis, and reporting for workforce management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
