We&aposre seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India. We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence, team leadership, and customer success.

In this pivotal role, you&aposll own the end-to-end technical delivery of complex partner and customer implementations while building and scaling high-performing engineering teams. What You Will Do In This Role

• Lead Technical Delivery - Own end-to-end delivery of partner / customer customizations from inception to production, driving architectural decisions and technical strategy for complex implementations while ensuring high-quality, timely solutions
• Build & Scale Teams - Hire, develop, and scale diverse engineering teams based on business needs, creating effective onboarding processes and building talent pipelines for sustainable growth
• Drive Engineering Excellence - Establish and maintain engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across the organization, creating libraries and templates that accelerate delivery and ensure consistency
• Champion Innovation & Automation - Lead AI-powered innovation and automation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, reduce manual effort, and implement cutting-edge solutions to complex technical challenges
• Implement Modern Practices - Drive Agile / SAFe transformation and modern engineering practices including CI / CD and DevOps, fostering continuous improvement in development processes across all teams
• Manage External Partnerships - Coordinate and govern subcontractor / vendor delivery, establishing clear expectations and performance standards while building effective partnerships that extend team capabilities
• Develop High-Performing Teams - Lead performance management, provide mentorship and feedback, set clear goals, and create career development opportunities while maintaining high team morale and engagement
• Ensure Quality Delivery - Implement quality gates and review processes throughout the development lifecycle, establishing metrics to measure and continuously improve delivery outcomes that exceed customer expectations
