Key Responsibilities :
- Drive forward thinking and innovation within business w.r.to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting attitude together with other DDIT function
- Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Programs, Projects, Products and Improve the ease of engagement with DDIT for the business
- Support the business to understand their choices to handle technology costs and Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions
- Successful delivery and operations of standardized DDIT solutions for the Novartis [business process / site / sub-function] that are well aligned to the business strategy and global DDIT Strategy
- Relationship Management, Demonstrating digital technology / big data, Multi-national global experience, Influencing without authority, Collaborating across boundaries

Role Requirements :
Education & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a business / technical / scientific area.Experience
Min. 8-10 years in Development IT with min. 2-3 years in R&D Pharma development.Good experience of min. 5 years in collaborator management, business partnering with exposure to lead teams in multi-functional complex technology landscape.Be the Liaison in understanding the business expectations and requirements.Strong understand of demand management, project management from start to finish.Good communication skills with ability to influence the collaborators.Ability to work in an agile changing environment and adaptive to changing business needs.Self-starter with motivation to meet and exceed customer expectations.Able to report to management on metrics and performance.Skills Required
