About ULOOK :

ULOOK is building the future of RF-intelligence. Backed by   InfoEdge Ventures and GrowX , we’re developing autonomous sensing systems that track and understand RF signals across land, sea, air, and space. Our founders have worked across NASA-supported missions and global satellite programs, and we’re now building India’s next leap in space-based situational awareness. This is deep-tech, high-stakes engineering, built in Bengaluru.

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our early-stage team and support the foundations of our people function. This internship offers hands-on exposure to how deep-tech teams are built, From identifying the right talent to shaping a smooth candidate and onboarding experience.

You will work closely with the founders and hiring team, assist in screening candidates, coordinate interviews, and help create a positive experience for new joiners. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn how HR works inside a fast-moving startup in the space and defence-tech domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct first-level screening calls for candidates and assist in shortlisting.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms and track incoming applications.
  • Introduce candidates to the company’s mission, culture, and values during initial conversations.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, documentation, welcome kits, and induction planning.
  • Support simple employee engagement initiatives such as feedback check-ins and event support.

Required

  • Graduate or postgraduate student (preferably pursuing MBA / PGDM in HR or related field).
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a startup environment.

  • Exposure to or interest in technical hiring (engineering, R&D).
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
  • Interest in deep-tech, aerospace, or defence-tech industries.
