We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project and Sales Manager to drive business growth and oversee the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and meet ambitious sales targets while ensuring project milestones and objectives are achieved with a high degree of quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and develop tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. This includes preparing compelling project proposals, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Project Management : Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This involves defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, as well as managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations. The manager will be responsible for leading project teams and ensuring all project activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial sales conversations to post-delivery support. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing clear, consistent communication and proactive problem-solving to address any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular, detailed reports on both sales performance and project progress to senior management. Analyze sales data and project metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic adjustments to optimize performance.
