Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating job descriptions, advertising job openings, screening resumes, performing interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The Recruiter will also ensure a positive candidate experience, maintain talent databases, and stay updated on employment laws and trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process
• Skills in developing job descriptions and advertising job openings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and manage talent databases
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring trends
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus
