Jr Engineer

Location - Udaipur

Job Purpose :

To assist in the design, development, testing, and validation of new products, components,

and systems under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to innovation and

continuous improvement within the R&D department.

Key Responsibilities :

Support in the design and development of heating elements, sensors, or related

components (as applicable).

Conduct prototype assembly, testing, and performance evaluation as per design

requirements.

Assist in data collection, analysis, and documentation of test results.

Prepare BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications with guidance from senior

engineers.

Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for product trials and

process improvements.

Maintain proper project records, reports, and design documentation.

Contribute ideas for product enhancement, cost optimization, and innovation.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards during all R&D

activities.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of electrical / mechanical design principles

Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD / SolidWorks – as applicable)

Good understanding of testing instruments and measurement techniques

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
