Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Docent at the Blades of Glory Cricket Museum, located in Pune. The Docent will be responsible for providing educational tours to visitors, lesson planning, conducting interactive sessions, sharing insights about cricket history and artifacts, and ensuring an engaging visitor experience. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with museum staff to maintain exhibit relevance and organizing cricket-related educational programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Education, Teaching, and Training
• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Communication
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Passion for cricket and knowledge about its history and relevance
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in , History, Sports Studies, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in museums, educational institutions, or public speaking is a plus
