Automation Performance Tester

to join our dynamic team in

Hyderabad, India (Onsite)

to work with our client. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and executing performance and automation test strategies across web and mobile platforms. You will leverage your expertise in

JMeter, Placemeter, Selenium, and AI-based testing tools

to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with functional and performance testing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position is ideal for someone passionate about

optimizing performance, identifying bottlenecks, and driving quality improvements

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute

performance and load tests

using

JMeter

and

Placemeter

Implement

automation test scripts

using

Selenium

and integrate them into CI / CD pipelines.

Conduct

functional, regression, and mobile testing

to ensure optimal user experience.

Utilize

AI-based testing tools (AI redit)

to enhance test accuracy and efficiency.

Analyze performance test results, identify system bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define performance benchmarks and KPIs.

Prepare detailed test reports, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.

Continuously improve test frameworks and automation strategies to support evolving technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum

8 years of hands-on experience

in automation and performance testing.

Strong expertise in

JMeter

and

Placemeter

for performance and load testing.

Proven experience with

Selenium

for automation testing across web applications.

Good understanding of

mobile testing

frameworks and methodologies.

Exposure to

AI-based testing tools (AI redit or similar)

for intelligent automation.

Solid understanding of

functional testing

, defect tracking, and QA best practices.

Experience working in

Agile / Scrum environments

with CI / CD integration.

Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
