CRM analytics JD :
- Lead discussions with Customer stakeholders to groom Business Requirements pertaining to CRM Analytics (CRMA)
- Work closely with track TPOs and SAs to gather required information to deliver CRMA User Stories
- Demo Dashboards to the Business Stakeholders for review & feedback and iterate Dashboard build
- Lead the design and implementation of technical / architectural aspects of CRMA solutions
- Provide consultative guidance to the CRMA team on solution / delivery options and address / answer specific business / technical questions from the team
- Ensure the resultant solution aligns to salesforce / industry best practices
- Clearly and succinctly communicate findings and insights to customers with proper verification and validation techniques
- Experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (earlier its called Wave / Einstein Analytics)
- Experience in creating dashboarads, data sets, leneses in Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Experience using SAQL in Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Experience in any Business Intelligence tools (like Tableau CRM) would be an added advanta
- Good knowledge on data extraction, manipulation, and preparation within the Salesforce Analytics platform
- Build Dataflow / Recipe for Data preparation and perform configuration / coding of the Dashboards
- Strong in SAQL
- Mentor and coach junior members in the team
