- This role involves generating actionable insights from both primary and secondary data sources to guide strategic decision-making and enhance competitive positioning.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Market Research (Primary & Secondary)
1. Primary Research : - Conduct surveys, interviews, focus groups, and field studies to gather first-hand consumer and market data.
Design research methodologies tailored to specific business objectives.2. Secondary Research :
Analyze industry reports, databases, government publications, and online resources to extract valuable insights.Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics. Consumer Insights and Strategic ResearchDevelop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and demographics in the real estate sector.Provide strategic insights to support marketing, product development, and sales teams. Market Intelligence & Competitive AnalysisMonitor competitors' activities, including pricing, promotional strategies, and new developments.Analyze demand-supply trends and forecast market opportunities. Business Intelligence and ReportingUse Power BI to design dashboards and visualize data for stakeholder presentations.Prepare detailed and actionable research reports summarizing findings and recommendations.Skills and Experience Requirements :
Essential Skills :
Proficiency in Primary and Secondary Research techniques.Expertise in Power BI, data visualization, or similar reporting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in statistical tools like SPSS, Excel, or similar platforms.Understanding of consumer psychology and market trends in the real estate sector.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Skills :
