We are seeking a Staff Software Developer with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-driven systems who can architect and scale next-generation healthcare AI platforms.

What You'll Do

• Architect and design large-scale AI systems that power Nuvae's revenue management and conversational intelligence platform.
• Lead development of end-to-end ML pipelines , including training, evaluation, and deployment of LLMs and agentic AI systems.
• Design scalable infrastructure for information retrieval (RAG) , multi-agent workflows, and healthcare-specific knowledge integration.
• Partner with product and research teams to translate healthcare workflows into AI-powered solutions .
• Drive system performance, security, and reliability for large-scale deployments in hospitals and healthcare networks.
• Mentor and guide engineers across the team on best practices in AI system design, MLOps, and large-scale distributed systems .
• Stay at the forefront of GenAI advancements and bring cutting-edge capabilities into Nuvae's product suite.
