Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible to create, manipulate and edit the training videos for client
- Attending training sessions & creating videos, meeting client expectations & guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the team members to set the video flow and eliminate the challenges if any arises while performing the task
- Should be accountable to complete the task in the given time frame
- Collaborating with the team members to refine the content creation process and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of team deliverable
- Creative to understand the content and visualize the output
Technical and Functional Skills :
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience on Video Creation and EditingExperience range between 3- 7 Years of experience.Expertise in Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Audition, Adobe After Effects and Final Cut ProSolid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut Pro)Must have a portfolio with editing examples of strong knowledge of video production and post-production best practicesPassion for all aspects of video production and post-production [videography techniques, studio management and color composition]Familiar with SCM terminologies, incoterms, import / export regulations (good to have) etc.Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuityFamiliarity with special effects, 3D and compositingAbility to work with minimal supervision and perform with a degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignmentsMust be able to work under pressure, relate to others, and maintain flexibility with schedules of the departmentFlexibility to be on call and work outside of regular working hours to support customer inquiries
