This role will report directly to the SVP of Operations and the CEO.

This specific role will be responsible for leading all departments and working cross functionally across all departments to streamline processes and procedures to ensure overall success within the organization.

This team member will implement and ensure that initiatives are met within the organization and metrics for these are tracked according to company policy and procedures.

The SVP of Operation will be responsible for revenue and EBITDA growth and will be a key executive.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Marketing, Sales, Client Services (ROI, Retrieval, Support), Product, Development, IT Operations (including Security & Compliance), Finance, and Human Resource function with support from the SVP of Operations and the CEO.
• Implement and optimize EOS principles : Effectively implement the EOS tools and processes to align all company activities with the CEO's vision, ensuring seamless integration of strategic plans into daily operations.
• Operational leadership and management : Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Team development and leadership : Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in alignment with EOS values.
• Create, review, manage, distribute, and measure all internal communications related to policy, process, workflow, and business changes to ensure that all key communications are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization with a plan for post-communication measurement and monitoring.
• Create new, and manage, and leverage existing scorecards and system dashboards to measure, monitor, and improve key workflows, processes, and KPIs (Google Sheets, Jira, Hubspot, Xero and other systems)
• Collaborate with ELT and MGMT members to ensure that consistent, effective communication programs and processes exist throughout the organization
• Lead the effort to enhance processes in place to continue to build relationships and ensure client success with Key Accounts.
• Lead and mentor Customer Success organizations to develop professionally.
• Ownership of departmental meetings and drive quarterly goal setting across organizations.

Persistent and role is a leadership role and the base compensation will be between $100,000 - $115,000 and the On Target Earnings will be $115,00 to $133,000 dependent on leadership and management experience.

Office + Hybrid Policy.

This role is an in-office role.

After 12 months in this role, you can live wherever you'd like, but you must commute at your own expense to our office in Atlanta, GA - approximately 60 times per year.
