Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist located in Kerala, India. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and executing online marketing strategies to drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing online sales channels, communicating with customers, training new team members on sales techniques, and developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
