Role Description
This is 3 months internship program for students and graduates in sales, marketing and customer support fields at www.piikk.com a business imitative of NUSHOOT LLP, located in Bangalore. The intern / apprentice will be responsible for assisting in daily sales activities, helping to develop marketing strategies, supporting customer service teams, conducting market research, and creating marketing content. This role involves direct interaction with clients, working alongside experienced professionals, and gaining hands-on experience in these fields. The interns will be paid a stipend and will be provided with training and support.
Role Expectations :
- IMPORTANT On-job Expectations - Ability to visit customers physically in various part of city area / field and market the product ; and eventually convert the leads into onboarded customers of the assigned product.
- Sales skills : Basic understanding of sales principles, customer service, and client relationship management.
- Marketing skills : Enthusiasm for marketing strategies, content creation, and market analysis. Create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions and execute the operations of PIIKK.
- Customer Support skills : Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused attitude.
- The same could be submitted to colleges and universities as a part of their curriculum and project.

- Educational background : Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
