Job description

Role : Opcenter Specialist / Developer

We are seeking a Siemens Opcenter Specialist with strong experience in integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Siemens Opcenter solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration with PLM (Teamcenter) and ERP (SAP PLM) systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable :
  • Efficient data flow
  • Streamlined operations
  • Improved decision-making

  • Hands-on experience with :
  • Teamcenter and SAP PLM integration technologies
  • Web services, APIs, and middleware
  • Strong understanding of :
  • Manufacturing operations
  • LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
  • CALVIN (lab workflow and data validation)
  • Quality Management
  • PLM and ERP (SAP)

  • Ability to configure Opcenter to meet business and manufacturing needs
  • Workflow customization
  • Integration Expertise :
  • APIs and integration of Opcenter with Teamcenter
  • Integration with SAP PLM (materials, BOM, work orders)
  • Middleware solutions : ESB, SOAP / REST APIs, XML
  • Data Management :
  • Data mapping and transformation between Opcenter, Teamcenter, and SAP PLM
  • Development & Customization :
  • Software development for system extensions
  • Proficiency in Java, C#, SQL, and scripting languages
  • System Architecture :
  • Understanding of MBOM and PBOM
  • Deployment strategies for cloud and on-premises environments
  • Tools & Platforms :
  • JIRA and Confluence
