About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for domestic , IT positions and from understanding client requirements to ensuring successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms (Job Portals, social media, Networking, ATS, etc.).
- Submit relevant profiles within the given timelines and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage recruitment for all kinds of IT roles, regardless of budget or experience level.
- Maintain and update candidate information accurately in the internal data.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.
Requirements :
Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.Hands-on experience with ATS and major job portals (Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle diverse roles and meet tight deadlines.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused approach.Benefits :
