What You ll Do

As a Program Manager at PreludeSys, you will :

• Lead Programs End-to-End : Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, defining program goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate Across Stakeholders : Partner with enterprise customers, internal teams, and vendors to align program execution with business outcomes.
• Enable Salesforce Success : Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities (Marketing Cloud, Data Analytics) to optimize platform usage and adoption.
• Manage Execution : Coordinate developers, business analysts, administrators, and end-users across projects; track progress, dependencies, and risks; ensure prompt resolution.
• Communicate Effectively : Provide regular leadership updates, program dashboards, and executive presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Drive Best Practices : Champion Agile methodologies, enforce governance, and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams.
