Description
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of equipment and machinery, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various equipment and machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal functionality of equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
