Review and audit all interior design drawings (floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, plumbing, false ceiling, and furniture layouts) for accuracy and consistency.
Cross-check drawings against client requirements, site measurements, and approved design intent.
Ensure that Good for Construction (GFC) drawings are error-free and follow standard layering, scaling, and naming conventions.
Verify alignment between drawings, BOQs, scope documents, and material specifications.
Coordinate with design, project management, and site teams for clarifications or revisions as required.
Maintain version control, approval records, and documentation logs.
Identify recurring design / drawing issues and propose corrective measures to streamline processes.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, company standards, and applicable regional building codes.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
24 years of experience in interior design drawing review, design coordination, or related roles.
Strong understanding of interior design drawings, construction processes, materials, and finishes.
High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and correcting errors.
Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
