Job Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional with strong expertise in financial consolidation, goodwill accounting, and compliance with Ind AS and IFRS standards. The role requires hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and managing complex reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparation and review of financial consolidation across multiple entities.
• Accounting and reporting for goodwill and impairment testing.
• Handling non-controlling interests in group financial statements.
• Ensuring compliance with Ind AS 116 (Leases) and other applicable Ind AS / IFRS standards.
• Supporting statutory audits and coordination with external auditors.
• Assisting in preparation of management reports and variance analysis.
• Maintaining accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
