Role Overview

We are looking for a

Visual Designer (Graphics & Motion)

who can translate

dense cybersecurity concepts into clear, modern, and human visuals.

This is an opportunity to shape the

visual language of a new security category

from day zero.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Product, and Sales team to design

social campaigns, explainer videos, product visuals, brochures, and event assets

that make CISOs, analysts, and investors say : “this feels inevitable.”

Key Responsibilities

A) Social & Marketing Design

Create LinkedIn carousels, infographics, brochures, and one-pagers.

Support product storytelling with clean, CISO-friendly diagrams.

B) Motion & Video

Design micro-explainer videos (15–30s) for social media.

Produce product walkthroughs and motion graphics.

C) Event & Campaign Support

Design booth graphics, posters, banners, and event collateral.

D) Brand Guardianship

Maintain and evolve the Matters.ai visual identity.

Ensure all outputs follow brand book guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

0 to 2 years of experience in

graphic design and motion graphics .

Strong portfolio showing

both static and motion work

(social media, product explainers, short videos).

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) or Figma .

Basic skills in motion design (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent).

Strong sense of typography, hierarchy, layout, and pacing.

Ability to simplify complex / technical ideas into clear visuals.

Bonus : Experience with

3D, illustration, or meme-style social design .
