SentiSum is an AI-native Voice of Customer (VoC) platform built to unify customer feedback and drive retention outcomes. We help global brands across Europe and the US understand why customers churn and how to fix it instantly.

We’re now building the next-gen Customer Brain - an AI engine (Kyo) that powers real-time understanding across support, reviews, and surveys.

The Role (APM or PM)

We’re looking for a Product Manager with real design skills — someone who can think, design, and prototype. This isn’t just a “design mindset” role. You should be able to open Figma, Claude or your tool of choice and show, not tell.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product thinking, user experience, and AI , translating complex data into intuitive, beautiful interfaces that users love.

What You’ll Do

• Own the user experience from idea to live prototype.
• Design and iterate directly — not just hand off wireframes.
• Build fast : test flows, simplify interactions, and validate ideas visually.
• Work with product engineers to bring concepts to life, focusing on clarity and speed.
• Collaborate with the founders to push the boundaries of what an AI-native product feels like.
