The ideal candidate has direct experience in the continuous manufacturing industry or a consulting firm, with demonstrable industry-based subject matter expertise and formal project management techniques.

Additionally, the desired skillset includes work experience and knowledge in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing (BoM Management, Configuration Management etc.), in-depth knowledge of manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends, and enabling technologies, technical expertise in one or more PLM tools, and hands-on experience in any of the PLM / CAD / Engineering tools.

Responsibilities :

Providing subject matter expertise to front office client engagements, advising clients on best-in-class solutions from a process and technology standpoint, leading and shaping solution approaches and design, ensuring delivery oversight and governance, executing large-scale transformational engagements, and providing program management leadership or guidance for large-scale programs.
