One of our premium Real Estate clients is seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Manager . The role involves leading day-to-day SAP operations and ensuring seamless business processes across Finance (FI / CO), Materials Management (MM), and Project Systems (PS).
This is a key leadership role supporting project-based costing, procurement workflows, and financial control for large-scale real-estate and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP operations ensuring reliability, governance, and functional excellence across FI / CO, MM, and PS.
Support and optimize project budgeting, WBS cost tracking, procurement cycles, and capitalization processes.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to align SAP with core business operations.
Drive automation, process improvement, and reporting accuracy through SAP enhancements.
Manage internal functional analysts and AMS vendors, ensuring SLA adherence and timely issue resolution.
Support digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S / 4HANA readiness and integration with BI dashboards.
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of SAP functional experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
Strong expertise in :
FI / CO : Cost accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis.
MM : Procurement lifecycle, vendor management, GR / IR reconciliation.
PS : Project structuring, budgeting, settlement, and integration with finance.
Experience in real estate / infrastructure preferred.
Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA, Fiori, and reporting tools desirable.
