Role Overview :
We are seeking a creative and results-driven PR & Media Lead to shape Palmonas’ public perception, drive brand affinity, and amplify our stories across traditional and digital media. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, leading media relations, managing influencer collaborations, and building strong industry networks that position Palmonas as a thought leader in the fashion and lifestyle space.
Key Responsibilities :
Public Relations
- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for new launches, events, and brand initiatives
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand stories
- Build and maintain relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and business journalists
- Secure high-impact media coverage across digital, print, and broadcast channels
- Act as the main point of contact for all press inquiries
Media Relations & Outreach
Identify and pitch stories to top-tier publications, including Vogue, Elle, Grazia, YourStory, etc.Create a media calendar aligned with product drops, campaigns, and seasonal spikesOrganize and manage press days, media previews, and brand eventsInfluencer & Celebrity Collaborations
Partner with relevant fashion / lifestyle influencers and stylists to generate organic buzzCurate gifting campaigns, seeding strategies, and performance tracking for influencersCollaborate with the social media team to amplify influencer-led contentBrand Reputation Management
Monitor media mentions, brand sentiment, and emerging conversationsProactively manage crisis communication with appropriate messaging strategiesEnsure brand consistency across all public communicationsCross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align messagingSupport the content and creative teams with brand storytelling and copyRequirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or related field3–5 years of experience in PR / media roles (fashion / lifestyle industry preferred)Strong network with media houses, editors, stylists, and influencersExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skillsConfident communicator with a strategic mindset and creative flairAbility to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlinesPassion for fashion, jewelry, and consumer culture
