TA Specialist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Check Requisition Requirements : As soon as a manpower requisition is raised in Darwin Box, review the complete requirement.
• Arrange JD : Coordinate with the HRBP to obtain the job description for the requisition.
• Arrange intake meeting with the hiring manager as per the SOP and SLA.
• Job Posting :   Publish the job on the career webpage, IJP (if applicable), employee referral platforms, and portals. Ensure there are no grammatical or typographical errors.
• Sourcing : Explore all possible channels for sourcing candidates.
• Screening : Conduct the first-level screening to assess Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements.
• Arrange Interviews : Schedule interviews by sharing invites and blocking calendars.
• Collect Interview Feedback : Gather feedback from interview panels and involve the HRBP if necessary.
• Candidate Engagement : Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Close the Loop : Send appropriate emails to candidates regarding their status (e.g., position on hold, candidature on hold, not suitable, or selected).
• Document Collection : Gather necessary documents from the candidate and share them with the HRBP.
• Offer Follow-Up : Follow up with the HRBP to ensure the offer is released and with the candidate to confirm acceptance.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Ensure a seamless connection between the candidate, HRBP, and hiring manager.
• Process Adherence : Ensure compliance with all recruitment processes in Darwin Box.
