.Net Stack - Technical Presales Capability Lead

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Technical Presales Capability Lead – .Net Stack to enhance our technical presales efforts, foster innovation, and drive business growth within our global .Net practice.

This leadership role requires deep expertise in the .Net framework, solution architecture, and modern application development methodologies, combined with strong presales and client-facing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of delivering tailored .Net solutions, leading presales engagements, and building global capabilities through thought leadership and strategic client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership & Capability Development Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the .Net practice, aligning with emerging trends and business needs.

Build and lead a high-performing global team of .Net architects, developers, solution consultants, and presales experts.

Develop reusable assets, including solution blueprints, frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for .Net offerings.

Enhance talent development through mentoring, training programs, certifications, and continuous skill-building in .Net technologies.

Presales & Solutioning Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client needs and craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, and technical solutions.

Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective .Net solutions tailored to specific business challenges and industry use cases.

Lead technical workshops, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and client presentations to establish credibility and drive solution adoption.

Delivery & Oversight Provide thought leadership and guidance to delivery teams to ensure alignment with proposed solutions and technical excellence.

Oversee the implementation of .Net development pipelines, including agile workflows, continuous integration, and automated deployments.

Collaborate with delivery managers to ensure the timely execution of projects while maintaining quality standards and budgetary constraints.

Thought Leadership & Innovation Stay ahead of advancements in .Net technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and panels to showcase expertise and innovation in .Net practices.

Publish thought leadership content such as blogs, whitepapers, and case studies on emerging trends and best practices in .Net development.

Industry & Client Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders, translating business objectives into effective .Net strategies.

Develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators for sectors such as banking, retail, telecom, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Foster long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for driving account growth through .Net transformation initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience Technical Exceptional expertise in .Net frameworks such as ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework, and MVC architecture.

Strong command of modern development practices such as microservices architecture, RESTful services, and cloud-native integrations.

Proficiency in tools like Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI / CD workflows specific to .Net stack.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches and automated deployment pipelines for .Net applications.

Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for .Net environments.

Presales & Consulting 12+ years of experience in presales, solutioning, and proposal development in .Net domains.

Demonstrated success in leading workshops, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.

Proven ability to engage with multiple industries, including BFSI, telecoms, retail, and healthcare.

Leadership Strong capability to scale global teams and drive talent development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
