Key Responsibilities :
- Review and approve design drawings and documents submitted by contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.
- Coordinate and oversee design-related activities for infrastructure works including roads, water supply, drainage, and utilities.
- Ensure timely design deliverables aligned with construction schedules and project milestones.
- Interact with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues and facilitate approvals.
- Monitor design changes and their impact on cost, quality, and time;
propose value engineering wherever feasible.
