Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting with APIs / tools.
  • Integrate LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and fine-tune them for domain-specific use cases.
  • Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone).
  • Develop multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or other orchestration frameworks.
  • Optimize agent performance, reduce hallucinations, and ensure reliable output.
  • Implement secure and scalable API endpoints to expose AI capabilities to enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Stay current with emerging LLM frameworks, open-source AI tools, and autonomous agent techniques .
  • Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, and monitoring .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python .
  • Deep understanding of LLMs , prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Haystack .
  • Experience building RAG pipelines , vector search, and hybrid search (semantic + keyword).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and microservice design .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of AI / ML workloads.
  • Experience integrating external APIs / tools (REST, Webhooks) into agent workflows.
  • Good understanding of model evaluation, guardrails, and observability for AI systems.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multi-agent orchestration for complex workflows.
  • Exposure to real-time speech-to-speech AI models and conversational AI pipelines.
  • Experience with LangServe or other model-serving frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI safety, compliance, and ethical considerations .
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or published work in the field of agentic AI.
