KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage accounts receivable for E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).

Handle payment follow-ups with E-commerce partners to ensure timely collections.

Perform item-wise reconciliation of sales, returns, commissions, discounts, and deductions.

Identify and discuss discrepancies found during reconciliations with internal teams and external stakeholders for quick resolution.

Accurately post Sales, Receipts, Credit Notes (CN), and Debit Notes (DN) in Tally / ERP.

Monitor receivables ageing and highlight overdue cases for timely escalation.

Support monthly closure activities and ensure accuracy in revenue recognition and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Proven experience handling Accounts Receivable for E-commerce channels.

Proficiency in Tally ERP (knowledge of SAP / Oracle is a plus).

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and negotiation skills for payment follow-ups and issue resolution.
