About the Role

We are building and scaling a resident-centric ecosystem of products, which enable us to have a 360 view of the prospect / resident to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.

As a Lead Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by guiding Test Engineers, as well as hands-on developing and executing test plans, creating automated test scripts, identifying defects, and working closely with developers to ensure the timely resolution of issues.

What You Will Do

• Act as a Lead, making sure Test Engineers follow testing standards and methodologies
• Design and develop test plans and test cases, using Gherkin, based on user story and / or feature acceptance criteria
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Perform manual exploratory testing
• Identify, isolate, and track defects throughout the testing cycle
• Work closely with the team, including developers, BA, and Product Owner, to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Develop and maintain test documentation and reports
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Participate in story refinement, ensuring that acceptance criteria are clearly defined
• Ensure compliance with established testing standards and methodologies
• Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and techniques
• Continuously improve testing processes and practices
