Data Solutions (DS) is the industry leading content delivery platform. Data is delivered via a variety of technologies and formats that meet the needs of our clients' workflows. By enabling our clients to utilize their preferred choice of industry standard databases, programing languages, and data visualization tools, we empower them to focus on the core competencies needed to drive their business. Our solutions portfolio includes Standard DataFeeds, Cloud & Managed Services, Data Exploration, OnDemand (API), Views, Cornerstone, Exchange DataFeeds, Benchmark DataFeeds, the Open : FactSet Marketplace, and other non-workstation initiatives.

DS is seeking a software engineer to contribute to a Batch processing application called Cornerstone, specifically in the area of Client Environments. With Client Environments, DS is building scheduling solutions that allow our users to more easily consume the FactSet and Provider Marketplace feeds, with a goal of providing a frictionless experience that empowers clients to focus on their core competencies rather than data management. All of these represent areas of potential significant growth in feed sale

What You'll Do

• Play a major role in building and enhancing existing and new environments
• Work with an existing Agile team
• Collaborate with internal groups such as Cloud Team and Standard Datafeeds
• Collaborate with external vendors such as Snowflake, Databricks and Microsoft
• Balance stability and innovation in operational areas related to databases, runtime, on-call support, and deployment procedures
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges and obstacles.
