Enterprise Solutions Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• SAP GRC Workflow & Master Data Management
• Maintain and manage SAP GRC workflows and master data ensuring compliance with security controls and policies.
• Facilitate and execute workflow and master data changes, providing guidance to functional and technical teams.
• Define and maintain GRC configuration standards aligned with organizational processes.
• Monitor workflows and master data for SOX compliance, focusing on SOD risks and sensitive transactions.
• Access Provisioning & Issue Resolution
• Support access provisioning requests and Firefighter access issue resolution within SLA timelines.
• Manage SAP GRC access control project deliverables during project and sustain phases.
• Update and maintain SAP GRC access control master data.
• Governance & Compliance
• Execute quarterly SOX reporting and other compliance activities related to SAP GRC.
• Collaborate with SAP Security, Governance, and Control teams to ensure alignment and compliance with security standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, continuous monitoring, and reporting of GRC processes.
• Reinforce correct SAP security and GRC procedures across projects and third-party providers.
• Training & Stakeholder Engagement
• Enable and train security and value stream teams on GRC and IAM processes.
• Act as liaison between Application Support, Security, and GRC teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate and lead workshops and discussions between SAP Security and GRC teams.
• Work with audit, risk, and control personnel to explain and evaluate GRC processes and structure.
• Manage relationships with internal and external auditors to support SAP GRC process reviews.
• Technical Support & Continuous Improvement
• Stay current with OSS Notes, security patches; implement and test relevant updates.
• Recommend process improvements to streamline controls and increase productivity.
• Participate in security reviews and support incident resolution related to SAP GRC.
