Power BI Developer with Tableau

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in BI development using Power BI and Tableau . Strong understanding of data modeling , ETL processes , and data warehousing concepts. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience with DAX , Power Query (M language) , and Tableau calculations . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience integrating BI tools with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies preferred.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with Tableau expertise to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and reporting, and will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create data models, DAX measures, and calculated fields to optimize report performance and accuracy.
- Integrate data from various sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.) into Power BI / Tableau.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.
- Implement security and access control for reports and dashboards.
- Automate data refresh schedules and manage BI deployments.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization for BI reports and queries.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and self-service BI capabilities.
- Stay current with the latest BI tools, trends, and best practices.
