About the Role :
We’re looking for a polite, energetic, people-friendly individual to be the face of Caffix. You'll greet guests, manage orders on Petpooja, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure smooth café service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Handle dine-in, takeaway & delivery orders on Petpooja
- Guide customers through the menu and answer queries
- Coordinate with kitchen & barista for timely order flow
- Maintain cleanliness & order at service counters and tables
- Support billing, packaging & customer requests
- Assist with managing reservations and table flow
- Help with basic café tasks as needed (water service, table reset, etc.)
