About The Role

We're looking for a talented and user-centered Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for creating exceptional user experiences and an eye for design detail. You will take ownership of UX across our digital products — from initial discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products deliver intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences to learners and educators worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms
• Conduct and synthesize user research, interviews, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Translate complex product requirements and user needs into elegant, accessible, and intuitive UI
• Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility standards, and inclusive design across the organization
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality design implementation
• Define and track UX success metrics to measure and improve product usability and experience
• Stay current on UX / UI trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continually elevate design quality
