Position : Director of Sales & will be responsible for the efficient management and strategic direction of the Sales & Marketing division in alignment with Hyatt Internationals corporate strategies and brand standards, while ensuring the highest levels of employee, guest, and owner satisfaction. The role involves providing strong leadership across all selling activities within the hotel, collaborating closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to maximize overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure a seamless guest experience that supports brand positioning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatts corporate guidelines and standards in all marketing and promotional Bachelors degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing, or Director of Sales in a larger hotel operation.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
