Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Manager located in Tiruvallur. The Technical Manager will oversee day-to-day R&D operations and provide solutions to clients requirements by understanding exact applications, product development via formulaitons and Componding. Realising the R&D prodcut in customers's plant. Key responsibilities include leading the team, ensuring projects meet technical specifications, and contributing to the strategic development of the company's solutions. The Technical Manager will also provide analytical insights to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Team Management and Project Management skills
• Technical Support capabilities
• Research and Development (R&D) experience including Polymer Compounding / Formulations
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur
• Experience in the polymer or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field
